My sister celebrates her dog's birthday by getting special dog treats at their local dog bakery. The kids love it. One year she had other dogs from the neighborhood come over too!!

We usually do a combined birthday party. Their birthdays are 4 days apart so we do both at once. They get an extra special treat and maybe a new toy. Before we had kids we definitely did it up big time. They were our first children. We still celebrate them but not on such of a big scale like we used to. I have never puts hats on them or dressed them up. I don't think they would let me anyway.

I normally didn't but now with kids, we do! We had to get birthday hats and presents for out dogs first birthday! Now even St.Nick comes to our house for him!!

I had a friend who went all out with invitations and a huge part. I have to look through my pets' records to even remember when their birthdays are.

I have to look through my records. I have never gone all out and threw a party but I have bought special treats and toys for the occasion.

This is my labs first birthday! were going to take her swimming, by her treats, and take her quading, all the things she loves!

Yes, Mister Mittens my cat's first Birthday was Saturday, Aug. 4th, 2007. We celebrated it with a cake and he got a ballon along with his party favors. To really make it special I gave him a can of Tuna Fish for his meal that day. We also sang happy birthday. They only know what you teach them. I'm sure he knew he was havibg a specail day. IT WEAS AWESOME!!

We, of course, believe that every pet deserves to be celebrated on their special day. After all, pets are just furry members of our families. I'm happy to assist with any party planning you may need and wish every pet a happy, safe birthday!

My miniature dachshund will be a year old in November, but I am celebrating the monthly dates - the 5th of each month. Then when the year comes along, a big bash!! We invite all the chihuahuas in the neigborhood over for cookies. IŽll tell you, Yoyo deserves it. Great puppy... Cheers.

yes, I have 5 dogs (all different breeds) and they know when they are getting special treatment, so it's nice to celebrate a dog's birthday.
