'Help! Kitten fell from tree!'

Could someone please offer me some advice! I am going absolutely crazy here.

Today my 6-month-old kitten climbed up a tree and could not come down. We tried to coax it down, but it was just too terrified to even try. We then got a ladder and tried to get the cat, but it was so scared it only climbed further up the tree. It then climbed so high, that it lost control when trying to hang on the the thin branches that it fell! Right onto concrete!

It was in an utter state of shock. It took us half an hour to try and bring it inside the house. the poor thing was growling and hissing at everything that moved. But the worst part it - it was bleeding! From the nose, as far as I could tell.

Once inside the house, we let it go so that it could calm down. Yet the kitten still hissed at us every time we would try to get near it. And when it hissed, blood came out!

I don't know what to do. My poor kitten is now huddled in the corner of the bathroom, refusing to let anyone ckise to her. She doesn't seem to be bleeding - except when she hisses.

What can I do? What should I do? Help?!
