We have a pheasant thet keeps coming to visit us in the garden, my kids want to feed it, any surgestions what we can give him? Bread? nuts?

We have pheasant throughout the winter and most of spring, we put out course ground corn feed. You can buy big bags at feed stores, sold for chickens. We were snowed in for a few days and ran out of corn so I threw out dry dog food that I put in a bag and crushed, they ate it, maybe because there was nothing else around.

we have a phesant that comes in wanders around the garden has a drink from our water feature and appears to be looking for food what can we feed them

I am feeding my pheasants a 30% protein game bird starter. When they reach 6 wks I will switch to a 19 or 20% grower feed.

I WAS JUST WANDERING IF YOU COULD HELP ME I AM LOOKING TO INTRODUCE PHEASENTS TO MY LAND AND I WAS WONDERING WHICH WOULD BE THE BEST CROPS TO PLANT TO KEEP THEM THERE AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN BREED TO THERE OWN ACCORD
