What should I do if my dog has small black spots on his legs? (ankle)

He acts ok but still im scared if its a disease or a skin something. PLease help me!

If you care and love your dog, than I would definetly suggest taking your dog to the vet to find out what is wrong with it. Do not let it go before it turns into something serious. It could be nothing but a simple skin rash but its definetly better to be safe than sorry.

My Pekingese has small to medium size black spots all over his back. He has always been groomed monthly and clipped short, but this is the first time I saw the spots after I gave him a bath. He was scratching so I gave him a bath. He was groomed last week in Houston at Petsmart. They did not say anything about black spots. We live in Albuquerque, which is a high altitude He is on Frontline Plus and Interceptor. He is 13 years old and other than the spots he seems to be in great shape for his age. He saw his vet about two weeks ago with no problems being found.

If your dog develops any kind of sickness or odd marking TAKE HIM TO THE VET. Do not ask people on here especially, since most know nothing about animals anyway.
