What time of the year is a good time to breed my pigs?

I don't know much about pigs. Do they not come in heat like other animals do? I know dogs and cats come in heat like every 3-5 months.

you can tell she will be receptive when you pet her back near her tail and she stands still and pulls the tail to the side. usually about 14 days into heat. but its hard to tell when exactly the heat starts so check her. she will be fertile only about 3 days.

my dog is three in human years.she is bleeding slitly but swollen fanny, when is the right time to breed, we have a dog here at the moment she is fine was lifting her tail 4 him.but has stoped now, what time in the circle is the right time please

Is there any best time to breed pigs? That I have not heard of. Just find out the optimum temperatures they can withstand and then you will be good to go. However, I do not know if there is a regulation following the recent spat of swine flu? Do your research well.

I don't know much about pigs, but I would assume that Mother Nature will let you know. They must come into heat as other animals do, so if you leave a female and male together, I would think that they will mate when it is time.

my persain is well into pregnacy about 7-8 weeks how will i know she is ready to have her babies and should i seperate her from the male persian.
