'5 year old Iguana for adoption'

Hi,

I'm looking for a good home and a good person to adopt my 4-5 year old green iguana. My wife is currently pregnant and we live in a small 2 bedroom condo of which the iguana takes up most of the 2nd room so sadly he has to go to make room :(. I adopted him from a shelter when he was around 6 months old and spent a lot of time handling him the first few years of his life but he has never been fully tame. He will allow you to pet him but gets a little upset when he is picked up and gets angry if you don't pay attention to him. He is about 4 feet long and would require a fairly large enclosure.

I am willing to give him away to a good home. I live in the Seattle area and can travel 50 or so miles to deliver him to you.

your iguana sounds as if he is bored.TRY to calm him before you pick him up or talk to him.That always has worked for me.I have a male and female iguana.But, I live in Crab Orchard ky.but would love to have him.
