We have a small tank and only keep two fish in it at a time. I clean it once every 2 to 3 weeks. Problem is, the fish keep dying! Every time one dies and I replace it with a new one, the other one dies, and so on and so on. Any ideas?

There could be a number of reasons. First off how small is your tank? What fish do you have in it? Are you removing only 20% of your water when you change it? I learned the hard way that you aren't supposed to dump the entire tank when change the water. LOL

It could be the water you are using. If your are using water that comes from your faucet there could be something in the local water causing the fish to die. Try buying water in gallons from the store or let the water coming out your faucet sit for about a day to get to room temperature.
