'OHIO WANTED: Grey, Red, Arctic, Silver, Swift FOX'

I am looking to adopt a fox. There is a huge event here in Ohio that sells foxes but i don't want to go there. I've seen pictures and it doesn't look like they are taken care of.

I could be wrong.

I want to rescue a fox that has been injured and has now recovered and cannot be released in the wild.. or a fox that has been domesticated.

I've read a lot about them. My fiance and I just moved into a house. We have our finances taken care of. We're willing to buy the big fenced in area for it when it's outside, etc.

how much do u expect to pay? my friend adopted a fox from a breeder and im sure she would be willing to sell one of hers or tell me where she adopted her fox from. are you looking for a baby or adult? also im not sure how soon it would be. i will give you my daughters email because i get too much and it would probably wouldnt be read for awhile. its pixiechick579@aol.com good luck and hope to hear from you soon.

Ihave a 1yr old artic marble red fox that i have to find a home. She has had all her shots. She likes to play with my little dog.She will also use a litter pan most of the time. I hate to give her up but i have to. my wife has asthma and alergys and can not be around her any more. I am in wva and my e mail is hippy@ovis.net if any one ban give her a good home.

YES, what is that event you speak of , here in OHIO.

Please do tell, as i have been looking to get either a kit, or a full size/grown red fox as a pet.

I have plenty of time to give it, as i am a disabled/retired vet, i got injured in Iraq, so i will have plenty of time to give.

I assume the person above is speaking of the Mt. Hope Exotic Animal Auction in March 2010. If you google this it will give you info. Fox pups may not be there yet because it may be too early in the season.
