'Bird not eating............'

Hi,

i just found a bird ona road and bought him to my house, it is black coloured and i think it is a sparoww.........

the problem is that it is not eating anything,

I've tried with water and some cereal but no results............

plz tell me fast as it would be hungry!

Id contact the vet ASAP. They will know the best way to handle a wild bird.

is it injured?

If its not hurt.. its not going to eat in captivity..

If its injured.. your going to have to hand feed it.. soaked dog food.. dont give the bird water!

the water from the soaked dog food is enough.. just pry its beak open and place a small pinch of food in the very back of the throat.. avoid the tiny hole.. thats the hole that he breathes from.. dont want no food or water in that hole.

found fledgling english pheasant, , here in patagonia chile ( maybe 4-7 days old) has all its down, , so what do I need to know , , feeding etc, , this little fellow, , ??

thank you for the questions, , , the BABY ENGLISH PHEASANT IS NOT HARMED, , he is fine!!! alll "he" ( the pheasant ) wants to know, , , is am I going to take care of him properly, , , so I need "YOU" guys out there to tell me how to do this, , , PLEASE Im in Patagonia, , , NO VETS !!!! ( for pheasants , , maybe horses & cows, , )

So PLEASE keep the comments to #1 how to take care, , #2 what to feed, , #3, returning to "a" nest is not an option !
