My husband died in October, from cancer, and our cocker spaniel, Shay was very attached to him. Ever since, Shay has been doing his BM in our living room. I am at my wits end on how to get him to stop. Any suggestions out there?

Start feeding him there and making him sleep there. Dogs rarely will do their business where they eat and sleep.
