The good thing is he sleeps through the night fom about 10pm to 6am. We literally have to drag him from the bed at 6:30 for his morning walk LOL. I do not mind him sleeping there however, it does put a damper on the intamacy. We purchased a bed for him but I think he knew what we wanted and he pped all over it the first day it was here. Needless to say, we through it out and Rocko is still hogging the covers LOL Comment #26 Adam (70.122.236.217) - hey shouldn't be in your bed because in dog language that means that they are equal to master. Like eating, sleeping is a ritual to dogs, but if you are consistent with being a great pack leader then that is the exception. Now making sure they breath... Because they are animals most dogs will have the brain instinct to go and get air, as long as you allow them to. Meaning, the covers are not tightly tucked, or you prevent them from leaving your side thinking that they are leaving your presence, which would be a human error. Dogs are pretty intelligent animals, it's humans with complex brains that actually makes them out of element. Treat them like dogs first, then as your companion, and you will notice that you will be a true leader in their eyes.
