Cesar Millan absolutely amazes me. I watch his show in awe at how he gets these dogs to do what he wants in such a short amount of time. My husband laughs at me because I go around our house trying to shush my dogs like Cesar does and of course when I do it, it never works. He truly has a gift with these animals. I love the show and try and catch it whenever I have a half second free to myself. Anybody else a Cesar fan? Comment #1 Jeanette from AZ - I saw him on Oprah. I couldn't believe how spot on he was about her dogs. it definitely takes a certain kind of person to do what he does. I have seen only a couple of episodes of his show because I can never remember when it's on!! Comment #2 Lori (207.200.116.137) - I have several animals, a pomeranian (9 yrs), an Australian Shepherd (12 yrs), a Papillion (3yrs), a German Shepherd (1 yr), a Bengal cat (2 yrs), and two Pixie Bobs (6 yrs). They all get along (other than the occasional cat fight of just growling but no hurting). The dogs are all fine with each other and the cats. In the yard, the German Shepherd will chase everything else not known to him out of the yard. Comment #3 Jenn (67.141.152.141) - I watch the show all the time. I have just recently gotten a new puppy and I'm having a few problems. He's 8 weeks old and he's a Pitbull. I'm having some house training problems. I bought the Puppy Pads and I take him out every time he eats and wakes up. I am thinking about buying some books to help. We bought him a kennel and as long as he's in the kennel he does fine, I know it will just take time. But yeah Cesar is Awesome it's amazing how well he understands dog psycology. Comment #4 lucy riggs (24.174.62.54) - I am curious about why my 2yr.old great dane on her daily walks smells the ground more than keeping her head up? She is also a timid dog. Thank you Lucy Comment #5 THERESA MARESCO (205.188.116.130) - Ceasar is wonderful. I have been watching his show for awhile, and one show I remembered featured a Westie (west highland white terrier). The owner of the dog was having the same problem, that I was experiencing with my then 10 year old westie. She was going after the mail, everytime the mail carrier, would place it through the slot. I did what Ceasar was showing that owner to do, and it worked, problem solved. I hope he reads this email, because last night we had to make a difficult dicision and put our beloved westie dog Spunky of 14 years to sleep. She developed Kidney failure 10months ago, and last night, after taking her to the vet, her levels were extremely elevated and her red blood cell values were down. Even as I am typing this email, I am fighting back the tears, but we had 14 wonderful years with her, and I just have to keep telling myself that she is in a better place. Thanks for listening. Comment #6 Tamra Wheeler (198.8.4.25) - Hi, I have a 9 month old puppy, she has lab in her for sure and we're not sure about the rest. She is about 35 pounds and she is deaf. We work 12 hours a day and 6 days a week and we have been having problems with her destroying the room when we leave. She chews on everything she can. We have tried to put her in cages but she always seems to get out. We don't know what else to do with her. I was hoping you might have some suggestions. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. Tamra Comment #7 alana (198.53.35.146) - cesar is amazing i dont have a dog but i use to but we had to put her down because she bit some one i just wish i had heard of his show befor my dog got put down some time i think that if i had whached his show i could have save my dog i think cesar is awsome Comment #8 Linda from Florida - I have just found out about Cesar and I was wondering if anyone knows of other trainers that use his method or one similar to it? Comment #15 crystal (4.249.189.104) - i have a 1 yr old brittany spaniel mix, and she is crazy hyper, i've even tried pet smart training and she is still crazy and doesnt listen, she acts like she doesnt hear me and my family are getting to the point that they cant stand her and want me to get rid of her.. help..... Comment #16 Shelley Bicknell (71.212.243.188) - A woman at work has a 5 month old dachsund puppy. She told me she spanks this puppy till she yips whenever the puppy does not come to her when she calls and when the puppy tries to get under the fence to the street. She believes that small dogs have attitudes and she is doing the right thing.she said the puppy now clings to her husband and that when she spanks the puppy, it is mad at her, but then they make up.I told her that spanking only makes the dog afraid of her and her hands. She believes she is doing the right thing with this dog. Comment #17 Shelley Bicknell (71.212.243.188) - A woman at work told me she spanks her 5 month old daschund puppy till she yelps, whenever she calls her and she does not come. Also when the puppy tries to get under the fence to the street. She believes small dogs have an attitude, and she is doing the right thing with this dog.She said the puppy now clings to her husband and that the puppy gets mad at her but then they makeup. I told her that hitting a dog only makes them afraid of you and your hands, she still believes she is handling this puppy correctly.Ceaser, can you send an e-mail I can take to her on the correct way to handle this situation? Comment #18 Melissa (66.168.57.151) - hi Cesar, Comment #19 Desirae (76.27.41.19) - I have a 8 week old brittany spaniel i and can not get her to stop bitting, i love your show but have not seen any on puppys. I have 2 little boys and she has drawn blood on my 3year old i don't want to hit her but i need to get her to stop. Help. Thanks Desirae Comment #20 jane leach (76.9.67.112) - I have two dogs, a black lab 10 Shilo and a golden retriver 4 Savanna, I had Savanna not chasing cars or people but now she is back doing it again, how do I train her to come when I call her and not to chase cars or people. Comment #21 Michelle from US - I don't like Cesar's tactics as well. I would much rather have a trainer who uses appropriate positive reinforcement strategies, instead of just forcing the dog into submission. Comment #22 Johni Cronk (64.24.146.65) - Hi Cesar my mom and I love your show. We do not get how you train your dogs so well. How do you train everyone elses dogs? I have never seen such a great use of time. Well here is the reason why I am e-mailing you. My family has 6 english bulldogs. They all fight with each other. Sometimes I cry it is so bad. I have seen one show before and 2 little dogs attacked each other. I fell asleep though. LOL. Cesar my family needs your help before something happens. Something bad happens. PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND HELP US FIX THIS PROBLEM. Comment #23 Big Dog from The Woods - Does anybody actually read??
