'Kittens have sores with puss coming out'

I have had people tossing their cats in my pasture and me being an animal lover have done the best I can with feeding, lots of love and shelter with what money I can put into them.Lately some of the kittens born have had these small sores that have white runny puss. example 4 babies born 1 had 2 small bald spots on his head between his ears they are about 1 month now and his sores have started leaking white puss. Now one of his sisters has gotten a sore on her hind quarter that the moms (stress moms= more than one care for them)have been licking till the skin has come off and you can see the meat with white puss leaking. I have seen about 7 born this way but before I could find anything out they died and were either carried off or one of them ate them? I have seen wolfworm problems (alot) since I started caring for these strays and abandoned cats so I know its not that. I have been putting antibiotics and wrapping it up to stop the licking but the moms find a way to pull it off. Any advice would be helpful. And I have asked Humane shelter in my area to help with spaying but they still want to charge too high a price that's above my income. I am caring for about 20 cats now..
