I don't know if my very pregnant cat is okay

The pregnant cat is a stray that adopted us. It has shown noticable signs of being pregnant for about four weeks. She is huge! I bet her belly is 8 inches wide. I think that she probably got pregnant around the first of September. It is now the first of November. She lays around a lot, but is eating and drinking. She doesn't seem to have picked a spot although she wants to climb in draws when you open them. Her nipples are probably 3/8 inches long, but don't seem to be swollen. I am very concerned about the size of this cat and her health. I haven't taken her to the vet. I don't have the money to, but I would feel terrible if something happened to her. How would I know if she is in distress?

We have several other cats, all fixed. I lock her in my room when we are gone, away from the other animals and have a bed made for her in a large cage with a blanket over it. I have just been feeding her regular cat food and milk. Should I be giving her anything else?
