'Best brand of Cat litter '

I think when I had a cat, I used Fresh Step and it covered the odor better than any other litter I tried. I also tried the kind you can just flush, but it didn't mask odor good enough and I was afraid it would clog the toilet.

The key isn't to "mask" the odor. The key is to use something absorbant, use a small amount and change it daily.

Simply "masking" the odor gives you not a clean smell, but a cheap purfume smell.

I found it surprising here that none of the cat liter is perfumed (in contrast to laundry soap that all has excessive amounts of perfume). The cat liter here is also sold in much smaller bags than in the United States. Most of it is larger pieces too.
