Excellent feathered, cool tempered, healthy DNA proven female greenwing macaw looking for a forever home to relocate to. She has been vet checked, vaccinated and has got health certificates she will be coming with. She is presently 4 years old and can talk very well. She is compatible with every one irrespective of age and size. Please if interested in giving her a loving home, let me know

Hi there, I am very interested in adopting your macaw. I currently have lovebirds and canaries and love all birds. I look forward to speaking with you.

Where are you located? I currently have two Goffins Cockatoos, and a few other non-parrot birds. I could take in another if needed

Don't you guys get it... the people "selling" exotic pets from faraway lands are not your friend... they just want to steal your money.DO NOT BUY ANY PET YOU DO NOT PERSONALLY PICK UP!

Hello, I would love to adopt your macaw. I have had a yellow headed amazon and now have a sun conure. I am retired and have plenty of time to devote to the bird. It would be nothing but a dear pet, not a breeder. Please e-mail me at annship@yahoo.comand let me know if you still have the bird. Thank you

Read #4 again. The people "selling" these birds are scammers from Africa.

Look at the IP addresses on those "selling" the birds.. .the IP's start with 41. Those are all from Africa. They are trying to scam you. Of course just because someone uses an out that doesn't start with 41. doesn't mean its not a scam. But, I think you will find that all the people selling macaws online are scammers. DO NOT BUY AN ANIMAL unless you personally pick it up and take it home!

Dear (41.204.79.37) I am very interested in your Green Wing. I have had three birds. The first was a Green Wing Macaw. He/She was by far, the best of the bunch. I tend to treat parrots like puppies and handle them a lot. They seem to enjoy it, I know I do. The big problem is, where are you? I live near Portland OR. A problem with my right leg makes drving more than a few hundred miles impractable. Shipping the bird is an unpleasant thought. Thoughts? Yours, Terry Southwell tsthwll@yahoo.com

Terry, did you read my messages at #3 and #8? Putting your email there will get you bombarded with offers to sell you birds...But they are almost all scams... DO NOT BUY A PET THAT YOU DO NOT PERSONALLY PICK UP! Anything being shipped from Africa will be a scam.

But they don't get it! Post after post people ask if these people in Cameroon selling pets are a scam, or tell us about being scammed. You just need to spend about 2 minutes reading to learn!
