Looking for a bird

QTPie from the rainforest -

I really want to get a larger bird. I've had keets and cockatiels and they are good birds but they are so messy. I was hoping to find a larger bird that I could take with me sometimes and that would not scatter seed all over the house. Any suggestions?

Comment #1 citronkid from bird nation -

A larger bird can be as needy as a two year old. I have a citron cockatoo and he can be a pain sometimes. They go through a stage where they can be moody and will knock over food bowls and toss food out of the cage. They are great pets but they do require a little more attention.
