Don't talk to the Parrot (joke)

A woman had to have a repairman over and she couldn't be there. So she left very detailed instructions explaining that her guard dog Spike would be fine as long as the repairman opened the door, called him by name and gave him the treat she would leave on the counter by the door.
The only other thing he had to remember was not to talk to the parrot under any circumstances.
So the repairman arrives and goes through the routine with Spike who then curls up on his bed on the corner and is no problem. But the parrot is spewing obscenities at him the whole time he is there. He tries his best to ignore the vile, foulmouthed bird but finally the bird just goes too far and he yells at it to SHUT UP!
The bird stops, and the repairman smiles. Then as soon as his back is turned the parrot yells "Sick Him Spike!"

that joke is very cute. haha I will have to keep that one in mind to tell at work.
