How do I get Rid of animal mites!!!!

Someone please email me to tell me how i can tell if my house is infested by hamster/rat mites and how to get rid of them if i do!!!!!! Please email!!! Also why my rat would have a srcatch or wound on his neck. PLEASE EMAIL!!!!!!!

Please tell me what I can use to rid my dog of little black mites all over him. He is very old and blind and he surely does not need this agrivation. Please help me.

simple baking soda will get rid of them and it is non toxic i have used it on every kind of animal works very well i have even used it on bats

regarding the baking soda for the mites i have a ferret and dogs, do you use it as a powder or do you make it in a solution?
